JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or due diligence.
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in customer due diligence, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of legal due diligence procedure.
  • Experience in the agribusiness, feed, or livestock industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and compliance tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Handle due diligence, especially customer due diligence, 
  • Handle corporate legal matters (non-litigation), including drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating agreements in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Organize and archive all agreements and legal documents.
  • Coordinate with government ministries/agencies to manage company permits.
  • Maintain and update databases for customer collateral, plant licenses, and company permits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide legal advice on company-related legal issues.
  • Support other departments with legal matters.
  • Assist with OSS tasks as needed (e.g., renewing business licenses, LKPM reporting, and permit processing).
