Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in corporate legal matters, compliance, or risk management, preferably with experience working in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, compliance, and licensing processes in Indonesia.
- Experience in the agribusiness, feed, or livestock industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal/compliance tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Legal Department’s daily operations, providing guidance to legal staff.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex agreements (in English and Bahasa Indonesia) to safeguard company interests.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage and maintain databases of company permits, licenses, and legal documents.
- Liaise with government ministries/agencies to secure, renew, or resolve permit and licensing issues.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on business decisions, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
- Support internal departments with legal guidance to facilitate smooth operations.
- Represent the company in external discussions with vendors, regulators, and stakeholders on legal issues.
- Supervise OSS-related matters (e.g., business license renewal, LKPM reporting, permit processing).
- Contribute to the development of internal legal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
