Rewards Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation & benefits, HR analytics, or related HR function.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and salary benchmarking methodologies.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compensation practices.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market salary benchmarking and participate in external compensation surveys.
• Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increase, bonus, and promotion.
• Analyze internal pay structures, grading, and pay equity to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement, and allowances.
• Coordinate with vendors for enrollment, claims, and renewal processes.
• Monitor benefit utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits, and workforce cost trends.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and support payroll or budgeting analysis.
• Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports for management decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for data management and reporting efficiency.
