DHI-002: Rewards Analyst
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation & benefits, HR analytics, or related HR function.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and salary benchmarking methodologies.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compensation practices.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market salary benchmarking and participate in external compensation surveys.
- Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increase, bonus, and promotion.
- Analyze internal pay structures, grading, and pay equity to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement, and allowances.
- Coordinate with vendors for enrollment, claims, and renewal processes.
- Monitor benefit utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits, and workforce cost trends.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and support payroll or budgeting analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for data management and reporting efficiency.
