Accounting Supervisor (Livestock)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Relevant experience in the poultry industry or in a public accounting firm (KAP) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, account reconciliation, month-end closing and PSAK/IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, monthly and annual closing, and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, financial statements, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, accurately recorded, and recognized in the appropriate accounting period.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Controlling Team in providing accurate financial data for management reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff, monitor closing timelines, and coordinate with farm, production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
• Biological asset balance: Manage asset records, movements, valuation, mortality, culling, amortization, and cost allocation in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
• Inventory balance: Maintain accurate inventory records, including inventory movements, valuation, production costing, and cost allocation for feed, raw materials, day-old chicks, eggs, live birds, finished goods, and other poultry-related inventories.
• Others balance: Maintain account balances, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
