Plant Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in CAD software and machinery drawing.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Preferably based in Lampung or willing to relocate to Lampung.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational reliability.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize unexpected downtime.
• Assist in identifying equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, update, and maintain machinery drawings, technical documentation, maintenance schedules, and equipment maintenance records.
• Monitor equipment conditions and performance, identify potential technical issues, and recommend improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other related departments to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support machinery installation, modification, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable technical requirements.
