Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Law, Psychology, or related field
- Have min. 2 years working experience in related field
- Good working knowledge of administrative procedures
- Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the organization’s regulations
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Industrial relation
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills team oriented, able to work across teams and functions
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java.
Responsibilities
- Managing General Affairs (GA) in General Services such as Maintenance Management (building, air conditioner, car.).
- Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents).
- Manage and develop cleaning services and maintaining records cleaning checklist for office areas.
- Prepare administrative arrangements and other activities for employees of the plant (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transport include driver and related arrangements).
- Regulate the security of the factory area including arrangements and reports of incoming vehicles, outgoing vehicles, and other documents and goods.
- Take care of the management and maintenance of facilities in the factory area, office supplies, relationships with service providers, food service providers/catering service, and cleaning services.
- Keeping records of company assets, including air conditioning, vehicles, availability of toilets, urinals, sinks and others.
- Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
- Together with recruitment specialist conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.
- Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding HR by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
