Lab Operator

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a laboratory, preferably in the animal feed industry or related field.
• Good understanding of basic laboratory analysis principles and testing procedures.
• Proficient in operating laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Active communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct testing and analysis of raw material and finished product samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor quality testing processes and ensure all samples are tested according to standards.
• Support the development of laboratory procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory environment.
• Perform calibration of laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure material quality meets specifications.
