Lab Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Checking for raw material and finished good to ensure the quality (proximate test, mycotoxin test, and other tests) in line with scheme analysis
• Ensure all proficiency test in line with analysis method (Indonesian proficiency test, BIPEA and Lab Error).
• Produce report for all analysis
• Checking availability for all reagent needed for all measurement test
• Create work instructions for all equipment and ensure that all equipment are in a good condition
• Verify and validate laboratory testing tools and methods
• Regularly do checking and preventive maintenance for each equipment also inform the QC & Lab Supervisor when non-conformity are found
• Provide all data needed for other department (specific sampling, specific analysis, etc.)
• Ensure work environment always safety and clean
• Execute all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Work safely according to work procedures
• Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors.
• Perform maintenance of the machines used including safety systems & machine reliability according to regulations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/ Biochemical/ Chemical Industry Preferably Animal Science.
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of feedmill operations, feed formulation, and animal nutrition is desirable.
• Strong knowledge in Raw Material & Finished Product
• Strong knowledge in Quality of Raw Material
• Good Manufacture Practices (GMP)
• Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Understand and implement ISO 17025, ISO 22000 & HACCP
• Willing to work in Bekasi, West Java
