Quality Assurance Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure and support for implementation of ISO 22000 - BAP, audit certification body, and internal audit.
• Ensure and support for developing, verifying, and validating HACCP system are going well.
• Monitor and develop preventive and corrective actions as well as hazard analyze related to product safety.
• Ensure and support for Implementation of Global QA (Internal Audit, Carry Over and Homogeneity, Phytase Recovery)
• Ensure and support for implementation and make Traceability and Recall Simulation Report
• Conduct, report, and follow up GMP audit.
• Working together with document control to maintain all of change management.
• Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Work safely according to work procedures
• Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of feed mill operations, feed formulation, and animal nutrition is desirable.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP).
• Good Manufacture Practices (GMP).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Pasuruan & Mojokerto, East Java
