DHI-001: Rewards & HRIS Specialist


  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and health insurance plans.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Manage the enrollment, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HRIS-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
  • Generate reports and analytics from HRIS data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Train employees on HRIS functionality and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits programs, and HRIS platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of regulations related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
