Warehouse Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working together with coordinator to planning layout for each raw material and ensure that all raw material will be storage in good condition
• Manpower planning (unloading and storage) and ensure follow the planning
• Scheduling for forklift maintenance working together with maintenance
• Ensure all tools needed for unloading and space for raw material is ready (forklift, loader, etc.)
• Supervise implementation of finished good flow, stock and recording.
• Supervise the team to keep buffer stock in a good condition.
• Ensure all material will be unload after QC confirmation
• Make sure that all administration in line with SOP
• Regularly do raw material stock opname and compare it with recording to validate the actual stock for raw material
• Coordinate with production department concern of use raw material to ensure that all raw material will be use as FIFO (First In First Out)
• Supervise unloading raw material to make sure the quality in line with company standard
• Ensure that raw material stock position at least at buffer stock and in a good condition
• Do regular physical inspection for all material area and coordinate with maintenance team to do preventive and corrective action.
• Ensure that raw material stocks do not decrease in the slightest
• Produce daily and weekly raw material stock report
• Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role, preferably in the feedmill or agricultural industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge in warehouse management
• Understand and implement ISO 22000: 2018 & HACCP
• Willing to work in Grobogan, Central Java.
