Veterinarian Laboratory Staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Veterinary Medicine (Drh)
• Fresh graduates who have a strong interest in diagnostic laboratories are highly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a veterinary lab or diagnostic lab.
• Strong technical lab skills (e.g., ELISA/HA-HI for serology, bacterial culturing for microbiology, extraction/running for PCR, and parasitology).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive leadership qualities, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to be stationed at the designated laboratory location (Bogor – West Java).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities and technicians to ensure all testing procedures are performed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review, interpret, and evaluate laboratory test results based on the assigned sections, including serology antibody titers, microbiology cultures, PCR results, parasite identification, and feed quality parameters, ensuring accuracy and reliability of findings.
• Ensure daily laboratory test data are accurately recorded, updated, and systematically maintained in databases or tracking spreadsheets to support data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Head of Laboratory to review, verify, and obtain final validation of diagnostic reports, ensuring results are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
